You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area for our team and equipment. You are responsible for securing any pets and ensuring that the work area is accessible on scheduled service dates.

We will obtain necessary permits when required. However, you are responsible for ensuring that our work complies with any HOA regulations or deed restrictions that may apply to your property.
